The EduVara2 Project represents the second edition of the EduVara summer school program, continuing its mission to provide children from the Drăguș community and the broader Făgăraș area with an engaging and dynamic educational environment during the summer holiday. Building on the experience and outcomes of the first edition, EduVara2 expands its range of non-formal learning activities, creative workshops, educational games, outdoor experiences, and social interaction sessions, with a strong focus on developing life skills, collaboration, and communication.
The project successfully blends education with fun, offering children opportunities to learn through experience, discover their talents, and build positive relationships with their peers. Through the active involvement of volunteers, parents, and local partners, EduVara2 helps create a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment that fosters meaningful learning.
The EduVara2 Project addresses the need for children in the Drăguș community to have access to educational and social activities during the summer holiday. The lack of structured alternatives often leads to isolation, unproductive use of free time, and a decline in motivation for learning. Through non-formal activities, the project supports the development of essential life skills and keeps children engaged in a positive educational environment. The majority of parents expressed strong satisfaction with the first edition of the program.
EduVara2 will contribute to increased participation of children in educational activities, the development of social skills, and the strengthening of community relationships. By providing a structured environment for learning and interaction, the project helps reduce isolation and fosters a sustained interest in education over the long term.
